Built in 2022 and modified throughout 2023 & 2024 this well insulated 12x20 shed can be finished to be a tiny house, guest cottage, stand alone office or other useful space.

We raised the ceiling to 9' 4" and insulated the walls and ceiling with Rockwool R15. There are a few wall mounted cabinets and an lpg oven and cooktop installed. There is an elevated 12 x 6 floor that provides 120 cubic feet of storage while preserving 7 feet + of headspace.
