Todd ArnetteTodd Arnette is a Q Instructor for Coffee Quality Institute, Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer, Member of the SCA Education Advisory Council and a certified: Roaster, Barista, Brewer, Sensory Analyst and Green Coffee Specialist.  Mr. Arnette is a consultant for the FDA's FSMA Food Safety Modernization Act, Roastery Plant Design and Operations, Coffee Profile Creation and Migration. He has been in the specialty coffee industry for more than 22 years and has worked and consulted at every level of the specialty coffee supply chain.


The Academy of Coffee Excellence provides industry leading training in all facets of the specialty coffee industry in our SCA Certified Premier Training Campus in Williamsburg Virginia, and in partner labs and client locations around the world. The Academy of Coffee Excellence teaches our proprietary coursework and the full SCA Curriculum of Roaster, Barista, Brewer, Sensory and Green Coffee Modules. The CQI Q Grader Exams, Calibrations, Re-Certification and Processing Courses are offered annually. Private client training and customized training is also available.
